Return Policy

 City Light Ministries Returns  

City Light Ministries (CLM) has a satisfaction guaranteed policy.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return our curriculum within 30 days of invoice date.  Include a copy of the invoice with your return.  All merchandise returns must be in sale able condition.  Any merchandise returned with water damage, torn corners, bent spines, crushed corners, written on, product not CLM product, or not originally purchased from CLM is not eligible for credit.  Any merchandise found unacceptable for credit will NOT be returned but will be donated at our discretion, to missionary causes.  Please pack returns carefully and use a track able method using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FEDEX which are guaranteed.  Customer will be liable for return if not received.  Defective merchandise does not need to be returned.  Claims on defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date.  Please call Customer Service to request credit or replacement of defective merchandise.
